ATPCO
The Airline Tariff Publishing Company, an industry utility that collects, normalises and distributes airline fare data, rules and taxes to GDSs and other systems.
ATPCO is central to legacy fare filing: carriers publish fares and associated rules which GDS pricing engines consume. NDC changes who sets and exposes price, but ATPCO data and constructs such as fare bases and rule categories still matter in reconciliation and servicing.
