Your existing contracts and credentials continue to work and are connected through Synapse. Where Elkanio holds airline NDC or aggregator connections, they can be enabled per market alongside yours.
Can agents see which channel a fare came from?
Yes. Every result carries its source (GDS, NDC, LCC or your negotiated fare) and the same result can be filtered or sorted by it, while booking and servicing stay identical.
How are changes and refunds handled across channels?
