Involuntary schedule change (IRROPS)

Airline‑initiated changes to an itinerary — time, flight number, cancellations — due to operational reasons. Requires prompt detection, re‑accommodation and traveller communication.

Modern flows rely on webhooks or queue polling to detect changes and open a servicing case. The order model should record the original and updated segments, carrier notices and the chosen resolution so finance and duty of care stay aligned.
