Order management (NDC)
The lifecycle of an airline order in NDC: create, pay, ticket, change, refund and handle involuntary schedule changes, using the airline’s order as the source of truth.
NDC moves from PNR‑centric flows to orders. Agencies orchestrate across GDS and NDC but should record one order model internally so servicing is consistent for agents and customers.
