Virtual credit card (VCC)
A single‑use or limited‑use card number issued for a specific booking or supplier payment. Controls exposure and simplifies reconciliation.
VCCs reduce fraud risk and decouple buyer payment from supplier settlement. Mid‑office posts the VCC authorisation and charge references alongside the order for clear audit trails.
