Capability flag
A per‑supplier or per‑carrier indicator of which features are supported — e.g. post‑ticket ancillaries, involuntary change handling, continuous pricing.
Expose capability flags as data, not as hidden business logic. Routing and UI can then adapt predictably per supplier without fragile if‑else chains.
