What does the booking engine do for my desk every day?
Your staff search, price and book GDS, NDC and LCC flights, hotels and seven more verticals on one agent desk, with your markups already applied. Approval queues, booking documents and statements sit in the same place, so the desk is not switching between supplier sites.
How do we set up and manage our sub-agents?
You create each sub-agency with its users and its place in your tiers, then set its credit, deposit and markup limits. Owners, supervisors and counter staff get their own roles, and each agency sees only its own bookings, balance and prices.
What happens when a sub-agent books above its credit?
You decide. Over-limit or high-value bookings can be held in an approval queue for your desk to release before ticketing, and the agency is alerted when its balance runs low so it can top up its deposit or wallet.
Can we keep our existing suppliers and private fares?
Yes. Supplier connections run through Synapse, and your own negotiated airline fares and hotel contracts are loaded in Nexus, so agents see them in the same search as GDS, NDC and LCC content. Your supplier agreements stay yours; Elkanio is the technology layer.
What does go-live involve for an agency or consolidator?
Go-live follows three phases: discovery of your distribution model, a sandbox where your team configures rules and tests bookings, then launch. Before launch you set commercial rules, connect supply, train your desk and invite your sub-agents.
