White‑label

Running a product under your own brand, colours and domain. In B2B travel, master agencies often provide white‑label portals to sub‑agents.

White‑label means your distributors sell under their own brand while sharing the same core platform. It is common in consolidators and host agencies where a master agency operates the stack and hundreds of sub‑agencies go to market with local brands. Elkanio Nucleus, for example, runs as a white‑label B2B travel portal on the master agency’s own domain.

Branding covers colours, logos, favicons and domains. More important are commercial settings that must vary per tier: markups and fees, payment methods, credit limits and eligibility for private fares. Treat these as data on an agency record with inheritance and overrides.

The hierarchy model underpins everything. Defaults live at the master tier; children inherit unless a rule is explicitly overridden. That keeps operations sane while letting local teams adapt pricing or payment preferences without forking code.

For travellers and agents the experience should be consistent: one search, one basket, clear policies and documents. Behind the scenes, each tenant’s orders, ledgers and statements remain partitioned so finance can close without cross‑contamination.

Rollout is incremental. Start with a small group of agencies, validate branding and pricing, then scale. Focus on operability — admin screens, safe preview for brand changes, and audit logs — as much as on the visible UI.
